GYM Swedish Ladder

The GYM Swedish Ladder is made of gymnastics wall bars that can be used to perform light, therapeutic exercises. A variety of possible exercises are illustrated on small wooden blocks on top of the ladder. These blocks can be flipped after each completed exercise, and when all exercises are done, the user will be rewarded with a celebratory message, 'Great job!'. This Swedish Ladder also comes with resistance straps with grips for performing special exercises.
