Melanie van de Water is the founder of Interactive Play.

Play spaces are commonly seen in waiting rooms in the healthcare field to entertain children and ease anxieties associated with appointments. Interactive Play is excited to implement this same concept into other industries including but not limited to hospitality and retail.

Bringing her diverse background in interior design, hospitality, and business she understands the importance of play & the priceless experience of a stress free environment.  Melanie is also a mother who has experienced the challenges of waiting, dining and running errands, while trying to entertain and tend to her children's needs. She dreams of creating more family friendly & inclusive spaces for all.

Interactive Play is the first US distributor for International Kids Concepts (IKC), an EU company with headquarters in The Netherlands.
